cookies

  • Set oven to 350

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Divide log into 12 pieces 

  • Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown (turn pan halfway through for even bake)

  • Remove from the oven, cool, top with flaky salt if you'd like and enjoy!

  • Pro tip ** If you will not use the cookie dough prior to the expiration date; divide into 12 pieces and freeze. You can bake cookies from frozen as you please


croissants (butter / chocolate)

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Remove frozen croissants from the freezer, unwrap, and place them on the baking sheet

  • Cover with a tea towel and let croissants proof overnight on counter, or for 6 hours

  • The croissants will double in size

  • Set oven to 375

  • Combine one egg and one tablespoon of heavy cream to create an egg wash

  • Brush each croissant with the egg wash

  • Put the croissants in the oven and drop the temperature to 350.

  • Bake for 20-30 mins or until golden brown


scones

  • Set oven to 375

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Remove frozen scones from the freezer, unwrap them and place them on the baking sheet

  • Combine one egg and one tablespoon on heavy cream to create an egg wash

  • Brush each scone with the egg wash and finish by sprinkling sugar on top

  • Put the scones in the oven and drop the temperature to 350.

  • Bake for 30 mins until you see the top of the scones are golden brown.
